Your First Step in your Path to Wellness
Welcome to the New Patient Center!
Please use this information to get familiar with our new patient procedures in order to avoid any unnecessary stresses and make your first visit as comfortable and efficient as possible.
To save yourself time, download and print our Patient Health Questionaire prior to your first visit. You can fax it to us or bring it with you.
Your First Visit
Intake Forms - If you have not already done so, you will be asked to fill out a Patient Health Questionaire, which will address your health concerns, history and lifestyle.
Consultation - Dr.Kobbe will sit with you to discuss all your health concerns.
Complete Chiropractic Examination - This includes visual analysis of your spine, postural evaluation, nerve scoping (to detect nerve irritation), palpation (feeling) of your joints, range of motion testing, as well as any necessary orthopedic and neurologic testing.
X-Rays - X-rays will be taken of your spine at this location and are an important tool of analysis. They provide us with valuable information about the condition and health of your spine.
At the conclusion of your first visit, you will schedule a special appointment (your Report of Findings) to discuss the details of your examination. We encourage you to have your spouse (or friend) accompany you. Chiropractic is new for many, so we have found it beneficial that another adult hear the same information.
